Long after police shoot people, findings are slow to emerge from Baltimore State’s Attorney’s Office, records show

A review of records of officer-involved shootings in Baltimore over the past two years show the cases can languish for a year or longer without prosecutors issuing any report. At least six officer-involved shootings remain pending.
