Baltimoreans celebrate Juneteenth — but also ask, ‘What happened to voting rights? What happened to policing?’

Around the Baltimore area, Juneteenth had a bittersweet feel. More than a holiday, Juneteenth presented a renewed call to service and a reminder of all that remains left undone for Black Americans.
