Maryland parents dread quarantine notifications as first weeks of classes see school shut down, dances canceled

Cases are starting to circle through soccer teams and history classes, cafeterias and school buses, but parents and students say they’re overjoyed to be returning to full-capacity school for the first time in months, albeit with a COVID-19 storm cloud overhead.
