Baltimore to allow nonprofits to apply for federal stimulus money starting Oct. 1, will announce first projects soon

Nonprofits can begin applying for money from Baltimore’s $640 million American Rescue Plan allocation beginning Oct. 1, Mayor Brandon Scott announced Monday. Announcements about the first recipients can be expected starting this month.
