Howard County man to be jailed for death threats against U.S. Rep. Andy Harris of Maryland

A Howard County man who threatened to kill U.S. Rep. Andy Harris over Republicans’ baseless claims of a rigged presidential election was sentenced Thursday to serve eight consecutive weekends in jail and six months of home confinement.
