Four-alarm fire tears through multiple Baltimore rowhomes; 25 residents displaced

A massive four-alarm fire damaged multiple row homes in the 1500 block of West Fairmount Avenue and left at least 25 residents homeless Friday, Baltimore Fire Department officials said.
