The Carroll County 4-H & FFA Fair isn’t the only big event going on this weekend. The Downtown Sykesville Connection is hosting the first Sippin’ on Summer Festival on Saturday, featuring unlimited sampling of hard seltzers, ciders and beers from an array of vendors.
