Oregon wildfires cause hazy skies, air quality alert in Maryland; severe thunderstorms threaten Baltimore area

A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for much of Maryland until 8 p.m. Wednesday. Meanwhile, much of the state, minus the Western panhandle, is under a Code Orange air quality alert due to Oregon wildfires.
