Baltimore man pleads guilty in federal court to 2019 crime spree that left 3 men dead and a police officer gravely injured

Karon Foster, 27, pleaded guilty to three counts of racketeering and as part of his plea is expected to receive between 30 and 40 years in federal prison for a 2019 crime spree that left three dead and a Baltimore police sergeant gravely wounded.
