Maryland’s congressional delegation meets with Baltimore mayor, police commissioner to discuss ways to quell violence

U.S. Senator Ben Cardin said he called for the meeting with state's Congressional Delegation members and Mayor Brandon Scott and Police Commissioner Michael Harrison at City Hall Monday in response to the city’s “unacceptable” level of violence.
