Harvard University professor David Carrasco urged the public to honor those who died in the 2019 El Paso mass shooting. Don and Ellen Elmes were moved by the appeal to paint the victims. Now the Elmes and Carrasco will take part in the last keynote address in Common Ground on the Hill’s Traditions weeks on July 16.
